Next Steps in Your New LifeEvery journey begins with a single step. If you have admitted to God that
you are a sinner in need of a savior and asked for his forgiveness for your sinful life, you have already taken the first step. Repenting of your old ways is the second step. Inviting Jesus Christ into your life is the third. It’s also important to share this exciting news! Tell your your family, friends, everyone you encounter. Shout it out to the world! Part of the Christian life is doing what others have done for over two thousand years by spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ with those you meet. Also go to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to share your journey with others or even help those struggling with life. What do I do when my faith is challenged? The road ahead may not be smooth. There will be obstacles in the way. Like everyone else, you have a lifetime of experiences, of regrets, of trying to control your life. You will also encounter those who will try to influence and challenge your faith, or may not want you to enjoy the fullness of life that comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ. Always remember that you are not alone. We suggest you talk to a spiritual advisor, like a pastor or chaplain, find a discussion group at a church or other organization, or find strength and guidance by sharing your experience online at our Facebook or Twitter page while reading about the journey’s of others. The Bible also speaks of the challenges you will face and will help guide you along your journey. Read daily, read often. Start with the book of John to get a first hand account of the life of Jesus Christ. We also suggest you sign up for our weekly email at and check out some of the reading suggestions to your right. I have more questions… Where can I get the answers? Giving your life to the Lord is an important decision to make. If you need more information we suggest talking to a pastor, joining a small group provided by many churches and read the Bible. Pray to God to reveal the answers to you. You can also ask us questions using our form, fill out the form, and we will respond to your inquiry. In fact we may choose your question to share anonymously with others.
